The first time I saw Salcedo market I thought I died and went to heaven. I was literally in heaven when I ate the ukoy and the marang fruit that I bought. The variety of food that's being sold there is unbelievable.... and yes I saw the French guy with his awesome whole wheat bread but I haven't seen a whole pork or cow that's being roasted when I was there.
