		<description>I honestly thought my Auntie rose back from the grave when I read your name. The best part of the beef to use in this recipe would be the tenderloin. What I used is called a sizzle steak because it&#039;s a very thin cut, you don&#039;t need to fight the beef while eating it. Either it would be the tenderloin or a very thin cut since we did not use any meat tenderizer or any chemical to tame our beef. Thanks Jos, *shivers* very good comment.</description>
