		<description>i love to cook but one dish i never really mastered is adobo. ang hirap ng timpla. i end up adding this and that til eventually diko na maintindihan ang lasa. what my tita would usually do is to put everything in the pressure cooker, especially if the pork has a lot of fat, then voila, it comes out perfect. she has tried baking it too. nyways, will try this version =)</description>
