		<description>Well, barbecued chicken skin has to be the &lt;i&gt;least&lt;/i&gt; sinful option, IMO.  You should see what the street stalls here in Manila have been offering: deep-fried &lt;i&gt;chicharon&lt;/i&gt;-style chicken skin, tempura-fried chicken skin, and some swanky joints even have &lt;i&gt;stuffed&lt;/i&gt; chicken skins with cheese and bacon!</description>
